Is recycled polyester polyester-free?
No. Recycled polyester is still polyester. The feedstock changed. The polymer did not.
Does recycled polyester still shed microplastics?
Yes. Synthetic yarns shed plastic microfibres in the wash. Recycled origin does not remove that.
What should I wear instead of eco polyester gym wear?
