Order anything. Try it on at home, feel the fabric, take your time. If it is not the softest thing you own, full refund and a courier picks it up from your door. Tags on, that is all we ask.

How it works

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. To return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email and we arrange a free courier pickup from your address. Your refund is processed in full within 48 hours of the pickup quality check, back to your original payment method.

The one condition

Items must be returned with tags attached, unwashed, and in the condition you received them. Try everything on, move around in it, take your time deciding. We simply cannot restock garments that have been worn out in the world or washed, so returns that arrive without tags or showing use will not be eligible for a refund. Every return goes through a quality check at pickup.

Exchanges

Wrong size? We exchange free within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock. Courier pickup and redelivery on us, tags on.

Damaged or defective

If anything arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, we replace it or refund you in full, no conditions, no questions. Just send us a photo.
