Our promise

If your skin doesn't agree with the fabric within 5 days of delivery, send it back. No questions. We cover return pickup on first-wear returns.

How to return

  • Email contactus@wearthactive.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery.
  • Tell us briefly why (one line is fine — we use feedback to make better fabric).
  • We arrange pickup. You don't pay return shipping on first-wear returns.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Same 5-day window. Same email. Subject to stock — we'll confirm availability before pickup. One exchange per order.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

What we can't accept

  • Items returned after 5 days from delivery.
  • Items washed multiple times, damaged outside of manufacturing fault, or missing tags.
  • Underwear and intimates returned without their hygiene seal intact.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours we may have already shipped — in that case it becomes a return.

Manufacturing defects

If a piece arrives faulty — pilling, broken stitching, fabric defect — we cover everything. Email us a photo within 5 days. We replace or refund, your call.
