Returns and refunds

Every WEARTH order can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This applies to every order, not only your first.

What we ask. The tags are still attached. That is all.

How to return. Email contactus@wearthactive.com or WhatsApp +91 900 477 8112 with your order number. We arrange a courier to collect it from your door. You pay nothing for the return.

Your refund. Once the piece reaches us and we have checked the tags, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3 to 4 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges. For a different size or colour, return the piece as above and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong item. Write to us within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and collect the original at no cost to you.

Not returnable. Gift cards.

Returns are accepted for orders delivered within India. WEARTH is operated by Hydra Switch Retailer LLP.
