A mid-calf legging in eucalyptus fibre, cut close and high at the waist, ending just below the knee. It holds through the practice and breathes through the heat, which is more than most synthetic leggings manage past the first twenty minutes.
The fit. High waistband that sits flat and stays put. Close through the hip and thigh without compressing. Ends at mid-calf, the length that works in a warm studio and still reads considered on the walk home.
Grown, not made. Most leggings are polyester or nylon, which trap heat at exactly the wrong moment. This has zero polyester and zero nylon in it. The fabric is eucalyptus, spun in a closed loop where the water is recovered and used again. It pulls moisture away from the skin faster than cotton, releases heat instead of holding it, and does not shed plastic microfibres against your body with every wash and wear. You feel the difference in the first ten minutes of the first class.
Honestly priced. A legging is where brands hide their cheapest fabric, because stretch covers a multitude of sins. Polyester stretch costs pennies and feels fine, for about a month. Eucalyptus fibre costs us around 5x more, and the difference is not the first wear, it is the fortieth, when synthetics have gone slick and tired and this is just getting soft. Ours is ₹3,899, made in India, shipped free in a reusable cotton bag.
